Dolly wink brown and black liquid pen liner review

The oh so very popular liquid pen liners~
I discovered these from watching Lindy's (aka) bubzbeauty videos. And they have a lot of good ratings and reviews!!! So I decided to try them and join in on reviewing :D !

Alright, let's get started.

So here is what they look like. I bought them a few months back so i'm not too sure about the packaging and design now. I do know the design before this one (that i'm showing you guys) was polkadots rather than flowers.
The caps aren't screw caps, they're just snap on caps. I like when liquid liners have these kinds of caps because it just feels more secure and tight so that the pen liner doesn't dry up.

Taking off the lid you'll see that these liners have very fine felt tips and they're quite flexible as well so you can draw your line easily.
As you can see from the hearts and swatches these liners are easy to draw with and because the tip is so thin you can create such thin lines.

Now it's time for some smudge tests .
Here I smudged the black liner with my index finger and it does smudge.
Moving on to water smudge test I dipped my finger into some water to smudge the brown liner
It smudged quite a lot.

Now with my other hand where I swatched the liners, i'm going to rinse it with water.
It endured well i'd say. I honestly think it is waterproof but just if it isn't rubbed by something.
Right after rinsing I did rub it a few times. To show you the difference...As you can see from the picture above, it smudged   a lot. Although I just want to say that it's not very often that you rub your eyes if you know you have eyeliner on anyways. I personally really like these liners because they're so easy to apply/draw with and I can control the thickness of my line very well. Just the fact that it's waterproof is enough for me.
I've been using these liners for a while and they haven't smudged or migrated down my eyes to make me look like a panda at all. Also they always last all day without bleeding for me. The cute packaging is also a plus don't you agree? There are many reasons why these liners are so popular. I'm just one of the people who fell in love.

Ah I just want to mention that I noticed the brown liner smudges more easily than the black one. If I rubbed my hand harder the brown would probably disappear off the back of my hand. Not sure if it's just the one I received though.

Will I repurhase again? Definitely

Packaging rating: 5/5

Price Rating: 5/5 (I do think it's pricey because i'm a poor kid but it really is worth the investment)

Product itself: 4/5

Overall rating: 4.5/5 (almost full marks)

Did any of you experience the same thing as me? Where the brown disappears more easily? Which shade is your favorite? I, myself like to use brown. Feel free to comment! Thanks for reading and i'll seri-ously see you again in another post or review (^•^)/ -waves-
